This project brought to life a mid-century home with a much needed update.
The entire home remodel entailed the removal of walls to accommodate an open concept kitchen, dining, and living area. Exposed beams allowed for cathedral ceilings and an abundance of natural light in the great room. The exterior deck has been rebuilt and a screened-in porch for entertaining was incorporated adjacent to a family room. Other features include two updated bathrooms with all new fixtures. The addition of a master suite was created by combining original master suite with adjacent bedroom to accommodate walk-in closets and a master bathroom on the main floor.
The exterior displays a new porch and railings that conceal a ramp making the home handicap accessible while creating an architectural feature and accentuating the aesthetics of the home’s improved façade.
