This extensive remodel involved creating an open concept kitchen and dining space in what had been two distinct apartments. Walls were removed to provide clear connection and sightlines between the new kitchen and dining area. A new peninsula with a gorgeous walnut top abuts a structural wall and provides a place where guests can interact with the chef.

The new kitchen with stunning Delft blue cabinetry and gold pulls features plenty of prep spaces and provides versatile storage. Existing windows were retained to maximize natural light. A wide galley layout allows for plenty of space for the owners.

A freestanding counter depth refrigerator is given a cabinet surround to provide an integrated look. A bar cart placed within a window nook adds charm and versatility to the space.

Other renovations included a master bathroom that features a unique translucent shower window that maintains privacy while maximizing light transmission.

A smaller powder room with beautiful tile was also outfitted with new cabinetry that matches that of the kitchen, helping provide continuity to the spaces.
