KTM Built-ins

At KTM Architect in Westchester County NY, we have partnered with a number of builders and designers to integrate a well designed built-ins and into many of our clients’ projects. Here are some recent examples, from a luxury white walk in closet with glass doors and gold finishes to an elegant wall of closets built for a master bedroom: these closets combine functionality and beauty.

This luxury closet functions beautifully and looks gorgeous, with its gold accents and sculptural chandelier. Everything has its place and the glass doors provide visual access to the shelves, simplifying finding what’s needed.

This built-in provides a murphy bed as well as closet space for a mother-in-law suite.

This project required that the closet be in the master bedroom space itself. Here a well-designed wall with built-in dressers and an additional wall desk make for a compact yet useful arrangement. The clean and simple forms add a sense of calm and orderliness to the master suite.

The lady’s dressing area is located adjacent to the master bathroom in this Rye NY home.

In this case we created a master closet addition which is enclosed behind the modern barn doors. Ladies dressing area is to the left, and the master bath is behind the pocket door.
