This project featured extensive exterior and interior renovations to an existing Victorian home, which including adding a hi-tech four season porch, incorporating exquisite millwork into both the exterior and interiors, kitchen and bath renovations and more.

A graceful arch now opens the kitchen to the adjoining family room, while a four season ready pass through gives access from the kitchen to the new porch. The porch has integrated heating, sound and lighting and features a stunning mahogany ceiling. Roll down screens and vinyl windows extend the seasonal use of the space.

The elegant interior of the home received many upgrades including those to the entry, reception room, dining room, kitchen and baths.
